The new 15% VAT rate cut is being dealt with in different ways by the mobile phone networks.
Orange have decided to show the cut in all their advertising and on tariff sheets etc. So a Dolphin 30 for instance is now being advertised at £29.36 and that is what you will be charged on your bill.
T-Mobile will continue to show, for example 'Combi 30' at £30 per month -but will reduce the amount you pay on your monthly bill to the new lower VAT amount.
So your bill will only be £29.36
Three will continue to show, for example '£35 Texter' at £35 per month,
but will reduce the amount you pay on your monthly bill to the new lower VAT amount.
So your bill will only be £34.26
All of our mobile phone deals and gifts are genuine offers. We have a two tier approach to cash back, the first being upfront cash back where we pay out at the front end of your contract, you just need to send us your first paid bill and we will send you your gift or upfront cash back, in fact we guarantee it.

Where a gift is described as an instant gift, it will be dispatched straight away along with the mobile handset or dongle. This is providing you passed the credit check.
The dongle (referred to in the question above) in this case is the USB data modems that are sold with the specific network tariffs for internet access via a laptop computer.
To protect you from credit card crime we only deliver your mobile phone to you at the registered address of your credit card. We realise this may inconvenience some people, but by doing this we are confident that we are helping to reduce credit card fraud.
If no one is available to sign for your new mobile phone, a card will be left and the parcel held at the local Royal Mail or DPD Depot for you to collect. Parcels will be held for 10 days before they are returned to us. Please call the number specified on the card if you wish to re-arrange delivery, collect from your local DPD, Post Office or to re-direct the parcel to an alternative address.
As part of our commitment to security, we limit the amount of mobile phone handsets sold per order to one. This is so that we can help reduce the levels of credit card fraud, and reduce delays for genuine customers. If you wish to order more than one handset you will need to place another order online.
No, you can cancel the mobile phone insurance at any time. You can remove it in the basket as you purchase the phone or after you receive the mobile phone handset. You will get a welcome pack from the insurance company with the mobile phone number so you can call and cancel it. Don’t forget your new mobile phone is worth a lot more than you actually get it for, between three and five hundred pounds in many cases.
Fortunately, this doesn't happen very often. If for some reason, your chosen mobile phone or gift does not work or has been damaged, you can return it to us for a refund or replacement. The following explains your options:

All you need to do is contact the Web Customer Services Team, who will arrange for the return or refund of the phone (and/or accessories) at no extra charge to you. Once we have received the returned goods in their original packaging, we will arrange for a replacement product or refund to be sent to you. Unfortunately we will not be able to offer an exchange if there is any accidental or physical damage to the returned item. We can, however, arrange a repair for you.

Do your best to avoid typing your street name, town/village incorrectly. The process is sometimes very pedantic and if for example your road is actually a 'street' the results returned may be incorrect.
Using the address finder as the first option over the manual address entry gives you the best chance of passing the credit checking stages later in the application form.
Just select any mobile phone deal with your chosen handset and network tariff irregardless of the gift or cash back attached to it and add it to your basket.
