In Depth Explanation

In order to initiate your port you will need to obtain your PAC (Port Authorisation Code) from your current network. This PAC code is valid for 30 days and will consist of 3 letters and 6 numbers. Please consult your network to check if any charges will be incurred. Ports will take a maximum of 5 days to complete and most are completed within 2 to 3 days.

Is there any reason why my current service provider will not issue a PAC? There are only two reasons why a PAC code will not be issued:

  1. If your number is disconnected
  2. Your current network's contractual obligations have not been completed

If you need any more help or advice please contact the Beepy team on 0808 168 0118 who will be more than willing to discuss any queries that you may have.
